2. Course services
We provide online photography education, assignments, downloadable resources, image-review frameworks and, where included, individual creative feedback or mentoring. The exact content depends on the package described at purchase.
The courses are educational and do not guarantee employment, income, awards, publication, client bookings or a particular creative outcome.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when confirmed in writing and payment has been received, unless another arrangement is agreed. Prices, access periods and included services will be confirmed before payment.
4. Access and acceptable use
- Access is personal unless a team licence is agreed.
- Login details must be kept confidential.
- Course videos, notes and downloads must not be shared, resold or published.
- Access may be suspended for fraud, misuse or a serious breach of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Lessons, written materials, assignments, templates, branding and downloads remain the intellectual property of Onyenweson Photo Lessons or the relevant rights holder. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable right for personal learning and internal creative use.
6. Feedback and mentoring
Creative feedback is opinion-based and intended to support learning. The scope, schedule and number of private reviews depend on the agreed package. Learners remain responsible for their own creative, legal and commercial decisions.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep course access available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live.
